I've been working on my first project for space wars aka the 1st official video game ever made as a trial too see whether I got what it takes to do this stuff and this is what I made! Screenshot 1 was something i made to test some skills with my friend David after class Screenshot 2 is a ship that a took inspiration from the Star Wars city cruiser that Anakin sky walker jumps into and rives in the middle or towards the end of ep3 and a little bit of inspiration from the Halo Reach ship that was named after a bird and that's what the thing looked like from the top so a little bit of a mix of multiple things!
Screenshot 3 is a custom backround I made because for some reason the backround template wasn't there so I had to improvise and make my own and it turned out decent!
Screenshot 4 is a mine i made and used a explosion template so that it and the ship that touches it would explode and restart the level like in one of those old ones so basically a obstacle that the ships have to avoid while trying to shoot one another!
Screenshot 5 is a blue player ship if you couldn't tell i based it off one of the start ships from Galaga the old arcade game from the 90s one of my favorite classics and Pac man too.
Screenshot 6 is a second picture of the galaxy template without all the stuff inside it of course
Screenshot 7 is a explosion sprite i made so that after the ship died there would be a after effect of the ship as for realism
Screenshot 8 is a thruster template that we had to make a second image point so that when flying the thruster would spawn at the back of the ship for realism
Screenshot 9 and 10 are the detailed bullets the sprites aka ships would shoot at one another to blow up the enemy ship to win and restart the level

As of 2/17/2022 I was working on game 2 aka pong here is my Detailed work
Picture #1 is the wall on the left ,its supposed to look like a tree or a branch.

Picture #2
The second wall is supposed to be a brick wall with water dripping down its also the right wall.

Picture #3
The ball that needs to be sent from one side or the other to get score and win. Yes its a basketball. ;>

Picture #4
The actual background its a mix between a "hockey court" and a "basketball court" I was bored on what to make so I was like "screw it", "Ill do both and improvise and, if its bad Ill edit it", but it turned out pretty "DECENT !" in my opinion even though that's a bit biased! yes there's a subtle Trailer park boys reference!

Picture #5
The grid wall used to prevent the ball from going past it so there's no issues with weird glitchy points. Its just a basic yellow and blue color grid so you can see where the grid is.

Picture #6
Basically the whole grid with all the other stuff i.e. the player walls ,the basketball ,the grid walls ,The red and blue score boards the player 1 ,and 2 winners and ,the controls so this is pretty much everything! except for the basic code stuff were using!

Picture #7
The code stuff we used basically you put commands in and It works with the systems code!

Picture #8
The second and final row of code/commands

As of this point there may be some minor changes to some of the variables on the commands but almost everything will remain the same Just, "minor tweaks for ease of use Good waste of time no?" Good!
